Refund policy

Returns on any unopened items are accepted within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards or free samples or discounted offers (BOGO, etc.).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@hushhealth.co.uk. Items returned to Hussh without first requesting a return will not be accepted or subject to a refund.

The customer is responsible for the return postage fee. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Damaged Goods
Should you receive a damaged product, email info@hushhealth.co.uk along with photos of the product. If your return claim is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we receive your approved return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

    Note: your bank or credit card company may take a few days to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@hushhealth.co.uk.

    Side Effects
    When using a Hussh product, if you experience an unexpected side effect, cease using the product immediately and take the product and its label to your GP. Also inform us at info@hushhealth.co.uk. Include the date of purchase, the product batch number and the nature of the side effect. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period.
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Not liking the item is not an accepted return.
